A little customization goes a long way. Based on your goals and desires on how to bring your body to its optimum, we co-create a session that includes as much guidance, movement, deep relaxation, and movement technique as you desire. Aside from discipline and accountability, building healthy habits takes time, development, laughter, honesty and someone to hold our hand when we can't quite be as patient as we wanna be. Each 1-on-1 includes an intake call to ensure that we properly pave the road for flight.
